Borderlands 2 character tier list. I know salvador is easily the best character in the game and there are a few raid bosses that zer0 can bore easily and what not this game is hardly linear so a list is hard since you would have to categorize it but how would you rank the characters in terms of tiers salvador being top tier. Borderlands 2 continues in its predecessors footsteps with four new characters tons of new quests and lots of shooting and looting. I was generally curious how the characters rank in the op8 meta. Again this is just my list and plenty of people will disagree and again their are a ton of metrics to judge best characters but my list as mentioned focuses on the endgame and raiding. Some are definitely better than others but any character can effectively go through the game.
